Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities : You will play a key role in shaping our workforce by designing and delivering impactful training programs that support both new hire onboarding and seasoned professional certification.

You will :

• Deliver engaging technical training sessions, product demos, and certification programs using up-to-date materials.
• Coach new employees through the assembly process and support the onboarding process when needed.
• Work with employees on certifications and support the recertification lab.
• Coordinates all required technical training and support contract labor technical training programs.
• Partner with departments to assess training needs and create customized, impactful learning experiences.
• Design, update, and continuously improve lesson plans and course content to align with new products and technologies.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure training strategies are relevant, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
