Job Description

Work on a 250-unit ground up multifamily, residential affordable housing development. Oversee the installation and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets. Conduct inspections and quality checks for all MEP systems during and after installation. Address and resolve any technical challenges or discrepancies in the field. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all MEP activities and updates. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed. Ensure proper communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent should have :

• Affordable housing experience is critical to this role!
• Ground up multifamily residential project experience for buildings of 100+ units.
• Proven knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage on-site teams.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in the property industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
