Software Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities

Own technical relationships and integrations with insurance providers

Ensure the shopping engine retrieves accurate offers and maintains high service availability

Drive improvements in result quality models and add new types of offers to the search engine

Required Qualifications

Extensive backend engineering experience, particularly in TypeScript / NodeJS

Ability to make informed product decisions and learn new product domains quickly

Strong process orientation to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively

Comfort with data analysis and optimization design using tools like Looker and Datadog

Experience navigating corporate environments and maintaining professional communication
