MANTECH seeks a motivated and customer-focused Senior Program Manager at Randolph AFB in San Antonio, TX to lead a high-impact Department of Defense (DoD) IT program. This is a Hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite per week.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering impactful technology solutions that support national security and federal mission goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Leading day-to-day software development program operations, maintenance, and modernization of DoD HR systems spanning various technical stacks
• Acting as the primary liaison to government stakeholders, aligning technical execution with mission priorities and contractual obligations
• Applying expertise in IT software development management, predictive project planning, and agile delivery to balance priorities and meet key performance metrics
• Overseeing and integrating efforts across multiple functional teams within a 150+ person program workforce
• Coordinating resolution of technical and operational issues, including documenting problems, creating action plans, and facilitating cross-team meetings
• Managing program financials, including budget planning, forecasting, and profitability oversight
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency to meet mission objectives and drive cost savings
