A company is looking for a Business / System Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and maintain Workday Dashboards and Power BI reports for strategic HR initiatives
Translate complex people data into actionable insights for workforce planning and talent management
Lead the intake and documentation of People Analytics requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications :
Advanced proficiency in Workday Dashboards and Power BI for analytics and reporting
Strong capability in translating complex data sets into strategic insights
Demonstrated experience in HR metrics and understanding of HR processes
Previous experience in a mid-sized organization's HR or People Analytics role
Familiarity with global or multinational workplace environments preferred
