Who Will You Be Working With?
Training Program Coordinator develops training systems for all 4 L&M Radiator locations and service centers around the world. TPM is responsible for organizing, preparing, and reviewing all training materials, training the trainers, and composing reports and training plans to ensure all training is executed and completed.
How Will You Make a Difference?
As a member of the Quality Team, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing comprehensive training programs across all departments at L&M, including new employee orientation, supervisor development, and departmental instruction. It involves creating original training materials tailored to company needs, managing internal audits, and supporting quality and corrective action programs. The position also includes maintaining training documentation, certifying welders, coordinating external training, and collaborating with R&D on material specifications. Domestic and international travel may be required.
What Do We Want to Know About You?
Reliable attendance; pass pre-employment screening; MS Office 365 proficiency; basic ISO / PPAP / CAR knowledge; strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills; able to analyze data, plan, and prioritize in fast-paced settings; high school diploma / GED + 5 years at L&M Radiator; bachelor's or equivalent experience; Epicor ERP knowledge; Lean / 5S / Six Sigma experience.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $67,400.00-$96,000.00. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
