Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Training Scheduler to coordinate and manage training resources at Greencove Springs, FL. The Scheduler will ensure efficient allocation and scheduling of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) and support units across Active, Reserve, and National Guard components. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Schedule training sessions and allocate TADSS resources in accordance with unit requirements.
• Maintain accurate training calendars and coordinate with TSC Leads, STIs, and operational staff.
• Ensure deconfliction of training resources across multiple units and exercises.
• Generate reports on training utilization and support planning and readiness assessments.
• Assist with system updates, documentation, and tracking of training resource usage.
