Description :

The unit has a total of 36 beds, staffed by a team of approximately 40 professionals.

The patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 5 : 1, with higher ratios during peak times.

Standard medical-surgical equipment is used, and electronic medical records are managed through a designated system.

Candidates should possess a strong skill set in general nursing and be self-motivated.

Neuro experience is preferred but not required.

Staff members are expected to work every other weekend, with a focus on collaboration and patient care.

New staff will receive a reference book and guidelines to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
