Overview

The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) is responsible for leading and overseeing all clinical operations within our Medicare‑certified home‑health provider agency. This executive role ensures that patient care meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with federal, state and District of Columbia regulations. The DCS reports directly to the Administrator and serves as a strategic partner in advancing the agency’s mission and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations and Leadership

• Provide operational leadership for all clinical services, ensuring efficient, high‑quality patient care delivery.
• Establish and monitor clinical performance metrics, including productivity, outcomes, and patient‑satisfaction indicators.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and directors to align clinical operations with strategic goals, budgets, and new payment models.
• Serve as acting Administrator in their absence and participate in board and committee meetings as needed.
