Job Summary

Travis Electric Inc., a trusted electrical contractor with over 20 years of service in Sioux Falls, is seeking a skilled Residential Electrical Foreman to lead and participate in residential electrical projects. This role involves overseeing electrical crews, ensuring code compliance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely and high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise residential electrical crews on job sites
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems
  • Ensure compliance with NEC and local building codes
  • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients
  • Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
  • Maintain safety standards and job site organization
  • Keep accurate records of projects changes

Qualifications

  • Valid South Dakota Journeyman Electrician License
  • 4+ years of residential electrical experience; leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, codes, and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
