This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface.

As part of a hardworking team of engineers, you will work with other software systems engineers and other discipline teams to ensure compliance to standards and define processes around the required compliance. You will be part of the team working to define the requirements of the next human-rated lunar lander. You will also have long term vision and strategy for the products to truly sustain lunar missions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Work with developers and program managers to design and develop continuous integration and delivery pipelines which build and deploy avionics software to development hardware, simulated environments, and hardware in the loop systems.
• Train, guide, and mentor team members on CI / CD best practices.
• Set direction and goals for the team regarding project impact, product quality and engineering efficiency. Collect and analyze data to understand and troubleshoot pipeline performance.
• Deeply understand the safety-critical software development process and find ways to create and apply tooling to make the process more effective and efficient.

CO applicants is $163,272.00-$228,579.75;WA applicants is $177,567.00-$248,593.80
