A respected and growing small law firm is seeking an experienced Law Firm Administrator to manage day-to-day operations and support a team of attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and capable of balancing administrative management, financial coordination, and personnel oversight in a busy legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and administrative workflow
- Manage billing, client invoicing, and accounts payable / receivable
- Coordinate HR functions including onboarding, payroll, and staff records
- Maintain vendor relationships, office systems, and technology infrastructure
- Support attorneys and staff in client communication and document management
- Track case deadlines, calendars, and compliance requirements
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and organization
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in office administration, preferably within a law firmExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and law office software (e.g., Smokeball, Practice Panther, Clio, Tabs3, or similar)Strong attention to detail, discretion, and reliabilityBachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferredCompensation & Benefits
