About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead industrial electrical operations for a large-scale energy infrastructure project. This role oversees field electricians, ensures compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards, and collaborates with engineering teams to design, install, and maintain complex electrical systems supporting a 42-mile conveyor operation.

You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution while driving operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field electricians in daily maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering firms to design and implement new electrical equipment and systems.
• Review and update schematics, one-lines, and electrical layouts.
• Manage project budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) and vendor relationships.
• Approve timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards across all operations.
• Participate in audits, training programs, and certification renewals.
