Strategic Partnerships Lead

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with external strategic partners and internal stakeholders

Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize partnerships and ensure successful execution

Track, measure, and report on partnership performance against KPIs, ensuring accountability and ROI

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of consulting, business operations, private equity, or investment banking experience

Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight

Strong analytical skills

Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority

Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
