Minimum of 10 years' experience using various software for programing, setting-up and operating CNC Mills and CNC Lathes with live tooling, planning machining work orders, blueprints, materials, specifications, etc., able to set-up, change tools, offsets and make adjustments necessary, ability to read blueprints and understand mechanical assemblies, able to inspect parts to print and various processes requiring use of a variety of inspection equipment, requires deburring, finish hand work, cutting stock and other prep and finish work, able to hold close tolerances to .0005, able to document and communicate actions, irregularities, maintaining safe operations adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
