We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Floor Technician to join our Flagship team! This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of our client facility floors, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to perform the following repetitive movements : stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time including the ability to walk long distances. The employee may occasionally lift and / or move a minimum of 40 pounds of office and facilities equipment (cleaning products, tools, and ladders) and trash and the ability to safely use the equipment provided. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
