About the Role

Responsibilitie

  • Managing a full caseload of pre-litigation matters
  • Evaluating liability, damages, and treatment plans
  • Drafting and reviewing demand packages
  • Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
  • Communicating regularly with clients regarding case progress
  • Collaborating with a full support team including case managers, demand writers, and lien negotiators
  • Maintaining detailed notes and case activity in the firm's legal CRM (Litify)

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar License and in good standing
  • Minimum 4+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution
  • Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with legal CRMs like Litify preferred
  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
