Oversee all parts department operations : ordering, inventory control, shipping / receiving, and retail / wholesale salesCollaborate with service advisors, technicians, and sales departments to ensure efficient parts flow and customer satisfactionManage parts department budgets, vendor relationships, and warranty parts returnsDevelop and mentor parts counter staff to meet departmental goals and maintain a customer-focused environmentAnalyze parts sales metrics and implement strategies to maximize gross profit and efficiencyQualifications :
Previous Automotive Parts Manager or Parts Department Leadership experience requiredStrong background in inventory control, vendor management, and department operationsExcellent organizational, communication, and team-building skillsExperience with CDK is highly preferredAbility to manage inventory, forecast parts needs, and control costsHigh level of organization and attention to detailA collaborative, team-first mindsetPlease upload your resume.
