Physician Recruiter

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full life cycle recruiting for various roles including Physicians and APRNs

Source, screen, and recommend candidates while maintaining relationships with hiring managers

Promote the company as an employer of choice and participate in recruitment initiatives

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Five years of experience in recruitment functions required; seven years preferred

Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is necessary

Proficiency in Word and Excel is required

HR or recruiting certifications are preferred
