Associate Attorney

Compensation

Salary range is $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and based upon 1650 billable hours annually with potential for discretionary bonuses. Additionally, MWD's Associate Attorney Billing Incentive Program provides automatic bonuses for hourly billable work at different thresholds after 1650 hours billed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Excellent research, writing, analysis, and communication skills

Responsibilities

The Associate Attorney will be a 2-4 year graduate from an accredited law school and will actively assist our partners and work closely with clients in all phases of state and federal insurance coverage practice, including policy analysis, legal research, correspondence, analysis of case files, drafting of memorandums and reports, participation in strategy discussions, and assisting in ADR and trial. Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
