Responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues. Implements, coordinates, and presents the new hire training and development program. Provides mentoring, coaching, as well as formal facilitation to new and existing sales colleagues. Partnering with the field leadership team, trains and coaches associates to maximize performance.

Base Pay Range

Yearly : $56,000.00 - $91,000.00 While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
