A company is looking for a Provider Education Coordinator (Coding Coordinator).
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing education for providers regarding billing, coding, and documentation
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy in coding and billing practices
Develop educational materials and presentations to convey complex coding and regulatory information clearly
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field plus 5 years of production coding experience, or equivalent education and experience
Certification in CPC, CPC-H, RHIT, or RHIA
Detailed knowledge of medical coding systems and auditing principles
High degree of coding accuracy and ability to apply complex coding concepts
Experience in educational program development and delivery
