Manage a 12-bed unit within a 29-bed facility, working with a full-time mid-level provider. Participate in daily treatment team meetings with a multidisciplinary team, including the medical director, nurse manager, and social workers. Provide high-quality care in a modern, secure facility equipped with 24 / 7 on-site security and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) services. Maintain a manageable caseload with optional voluntary call opportunities.
