We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff Employment Attorney to join a dynamic legal team in the Valley. Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage disputes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and client advocacy.
  • Draft and file motions, pleadings, and briefs with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage discovery processes, including document reviews, depositions, and interrogatories.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to develop effective case strategies.
  • Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients regarding employment matters.
  • Stay updated on employment law regulations and apply them to ongoing cases.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and client service.
  • Advocate for clients in court hearings and mediation sessions.
  • Ensure all legal actions comply with ethical and procedural standards.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of California.
  • 2 to 7 years of experience handling civil litigation, with some years of experience in employment law.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and plaintiff-side litigation.
  • Proven ability to draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.
  • Experience managing discovery processes and conducting depositions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using legal technology and tools to enhance efficiency.
