The estimated base salary range for this role is $210,000 to $240,000 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus and equity.

Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

Reporting to the Senior Director of Exterior Metal, the Studio Principal (General Manager) of BOK is responsible for leading both the day-to-day operations and long term strategic direction of the business.

Responsibilities

This role drives performance across key functions-including Sales & Marketing, Quality & Process Improvement, Studio Management, Project Operations, and Finance-while fostering cross-functional alignment, innovation, and a high-performance culture.

  • Lead client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships to ensure operational excellence.
  • Integrate Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to align efforts with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to develop innovative products and service models.
  • Solve high-level issues and represent the brand in client-facing engagements.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in building materials, architectural products, or construction, especially with exterior systems or metal solutions.
  • Proven success in managing operations, driving growth, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with architects, specifiers, contractors, and developers to deliver innovative solutions.
