Key Responsibilities
Design and launch in-house management training programs to establish leadership principles
Lead complex employee relations cases from investigation to resolution
Collaborate with senior leaders on organizational design and performance management initiatives
Required Qualifications
8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner
Proven experience in designing leadership development initiatives and managing employee relations cases
Strong judgment and discretion, with the ability to influence senior leaders
Experience supporting distributed teams and knowledge of relevant employment legislation
Skilled in instructional design and facilitation, with a focus on creating engaging content
