$121,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Lead Software Engineer – Java Stack

Are you a seasoned software engineer with a talent for leading teams and building scalable, high-performance systems? We're looking for a technically strong and people-focused development lead to guide a team of developers in delivering innovative enterprise applications.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and mentor a small team of developers (3–5), offering technical guidance, code reviews, and career support.
  • Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and QA professionals in an Agile environment to shape and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Architect and implement full-stack applications—spanning frontend, backend, and middleware layers.
  • Ensure software design follows best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in both development processes and team practices.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Background in both custom-built software and commercial software integration projects.
  • A leadership mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
