URBAN BRICKS RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
Position Description
Purpose :
Plan and direct all restaurant operations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, food safety, health and company inspections. Ensure the efficiency and profitable business performance of the restaurant and utilization of staff and resources.
Responsibilities :
- Set operation goals and objectives
- Assess staffing requirements and recruit staff when needed
- Train and coach staff
- Prepare and implement standard operating procedures
- Ensure alcohol regulations are adhered to
- Oversee preparation of food and beverage items
- Ensure adherence to standard recipe
- Ensure quality of food
- Observe size of food portions and preparations quantities to minimize waste
- Interact with guest to ensure all complaints are handled promptly
Requirements :
Previous experience in food and beverage managementExperience in staff management and developmentKnowledge of basic accounting and practicesExcellent track record of managing inventory and cost controlExperience in analyzing financial data such as P&LKnowledge of planning and forecastingAbility to make decision with the best interest of the companyAbility to work 55+ hours as neededMust have previous Bar experiencePIe82debef6694-30511-34939854
