Compensation : $55,000 – $80,000 per year (Base Salary) + Commission (1% of Gross Sales) + Company Vehicle + Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that provides comprehensive parking lot maintenance and paving services across Oakland County and beyond. The organization is looking for someone who has been in the commercial real estate / property management industry. This is the clientele you will be marketing to.

About the Role

The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by cultivating client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing a full suite of asphalt and concrete maintenance services—including striping, patching, crack filling, seal coating, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across commercial, municipal, and industrial sectors
• Conduct site visits and assessments to determine client needs and provide accurate recommendations
• Prepare and present customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics
