Data Analyst

Raleigh, NC, USA- It's not on site, only occasional on site for meetings just need to be in Raleigh, available for occasional on-site meetings

• Power BI expertise : Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards that support dynamic reporting strategies.
• Solution-oriented thinking : Ability to design data pipelines or storage solutions (e.g., daily snapshots, historical tracking) to support trend analysis over time.
• Analytical rigor : When validating metrics, candidates should know how to trace data back to its source, including raw data validation and reconciliation.
• Business alignment : Understanding of how reporting supports decision-making and the ability to tailor solutions to meet managerial and strategic needs.

Responsible for supporting project by collecting, analyzing, and reporting critical data from disparent systems through centralized dashboards with appropriate reporting capabilities. This role is essential in helping project, along with technology owners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams are able to make data-driven decisions. The Data Analyst will oversee tracking key performance metrics, identify trends, and ensure all data are accurately represented in reporting systems.
