ChristianaCare is currently looking for Registered Nurses to join our Medical / Surgical Per Diem Team. Someone who is flexible and willing to work at both Christiana and Wilmington Hospital as needed for business purposes.\n\nHighlights : \n\nOur per diem registered nurses go to up to 40 plus Medical, Surgical, Step-Down, Progressive, and Transitional Units at the Newark and Wilmington campuses.\n\nWilmington Hospital and Christiana Hospital are Magnet Status hospitals!\n\nFlexible self-scheduling!\n\nWe offer competitive pay rates with shift & weekend differentials.\n\nWhat to Expect : \n\nPay rates are based upon the amount of hours you commit to on a monthly basis. You may sign up for 60 hour, and 84 hour commitments in 4 weeks blocks. Available shifts will be 12-hour shifts.\n\nRequire to commit to 10 shifts of day shift training the first month to attend New Employee Orientation, Nursing Orientation and training.\n\nRequirements : \n

• Commitment to acquiring BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.\n
• 2 years of Med / Surg RN experience in an Acute Care setting required.\n
