Position Information

Facility Department / Cost Center : 608

Role : RN, LPN, CNA

Specialty : Med / Surg

Shift : 7p-7a

Weekend Hours : Must occasionally work weekends (same hours 7a-7p / 7p-7a)

Call Requirements : Only when down staffed or placed on call

Required Certifications : ACLS, BLS (core staff have PALs)

Years of Experience : 1 year recommended

Float Requirements : Possible to care for inpatient holds

Unit Information

Number of Beds : 34

Patient Ratios : 6 : 1

Equipment : Alaris pumps, SCD machines, feeding tubes, tele monitor, etc.

EHR : Cerner

Patient Population : Geriatric, adults, occasional peds (not assigned to traveler)

Hiring Profile

Must Have Skills / Experience : Healthcare experience required; for travel, greater than one year experience is required

Preferred Skillset / Experience : Tele is preferred

Type of Patients on Unit : Tele, surgical, general medical

Personality Fit : Flexible and willing to help

Required Education : RN licenses, ACLS, BLS

Dress Code

Scrub Color : Any color

Unacceptable Attire : Only scrubs for clinical staff and closed-toed shoes
