A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide specialized technical assistance and support to customers experiencing platform issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to customers via email, chat, or remote access tools
Identify and diagnose technical issues related to the platform and collaborate with Tier 1 support to resolve them
Record and maintain accurate customer information within CRM systems and provide timely updates on issue status
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a technical support environment
Good technical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting technical issues
Experience using tools for remote technical support
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as needed
