Project Controls Specialist

A company is looking for a Project Controls Specialist (P6).

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6

Conduct risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies for potential schedule delays

Create and maintain standardized schedule templates and prepare custom dashboards and reports

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction scheduling and program controls using Oracle Primavera P6

Proven expertise in developing resource-loaded schedules for large capital or healthcare construction programs

Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling and schedule risk management

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools such as Power BI

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, project management, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
