SLP Speech Language Pathologist

We are looking for Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team!

• Job Location : Ontario, CA (In-person)
• Job Type : Full-time & Part-time
• Schedule : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm (Flexible schedule)
• Pay : $40-$60 / session
• Qualifications :
• Valid CA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License

• Responsibilities :
• Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Create and implement personalized therapy plans that make progress fun and achievable.
• Track and document each child's progress accurately.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers to support carryover at home and school.
• Mentor and supervise SLPAs and therapy assistants as needed.
• Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.

Speech Improvement Center is a private practice specializing in pediatric population (ages 1-18). We provide speech language services, as well as early intervention and child development services.
