Senior Principal Scientist

A company is looking for a Sr. Principal Scientist (Translational Safety).

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate safety signals and translational risk patterns using computational biology and AI / ML methods

Develop automated data aggregation, processing, visualization, and interpretation pipelines

Collaborate with internal teams to align AI / ML initiatives with project goals and drive decision-making

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) in a relevant field with 3 years of industry experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience

5 years post-PhD or 10 years post-Master's experience in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry

Proficiency in programming tools such as Python, R, and SQL

Experience with AI / ML techniques and statistical modeling

Understanding of biopharmaceutical research and drug development pipelines
