Axiom Plumbing & Sewers is a growing company in the greater Portland metro area providing integrity-driven service to residential and commercial customers since 2014. Our team is looking to immediately hire an experienced (licensed) journeyman plumber with comfortability and expertise to work in the field performing plumbing repairs / replacements.

NOTE

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and commercial service plumbing including : install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures; locate and repair water line leaks and / or remove clogs; repair or replace damaged parts or fixtures, and other skillful journeyman plumbing tasks as needed with precision and accuracy
  • Partner with other divisions for any interior plumbing / sewer pipe installation needs corresponding with exterior sewer / septic jobs.
  • Diagnose plumbing problems during service calls and work to resolve any issues
  • Lead / train an apprentice plumber in the future
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace
  • Effectively use and perform proper record keeping through our CRM, Service Titan
  • Provide friendly, professional, and effective communication with customers and coworkers
  • Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes
  • Complete onsite inspections as needed

    • Qualifications

  • Already authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record
  • 3 years experience as a journeyman plumber with active license in Oregon or Washington. Dual licensure = higher wage per hour.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and plumbing standards for Oregon (and Washington preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and dependability is a MUST
  • Team player with personable attitude
  • Technology capable
  • References validating above qualifications
