We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Professional to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD (preferred), with opportunities also available in Pierre and Rapid City. The ideal candidate will hold an LCSW, LPC, or MSW, and does not need to hold a South Dakota license to be considered for this role.

Pay :

  • Weekly gross on 40 hours : $2,320 - $2,446.

Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, or MSW) Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
  • Participate in case reviews and team meetings.

    • Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, or MSW) Qualifications :

  • LCSW, LPC, or MSW required (licensure in any state accepted).
  • Experience in clinical mental health settings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for improving mental health outcomes in underserved communities.
