B.S. DegreeLicenses / Certification : Experience :
10 years of experience in long term care and operations.Essential Functions :
Monitor Survey preparedness.Perform Mock surveys in each building when survey window is approaching.Assist with and monitor implementation of Plan of Corrections for both Mock and State Survey’sBe on site as needed to assist the facility in managing the survey processPolicy and Procedure ReviewsMonitor Quality Indicators MonthlyMonitor Budgetary ProgressMonitor Workers Compensation EventsMonitor Human Resource activities for the facilitiesHost weekly conference calls to review risk management events in the buildings.Be available at all times for phone calls when an event occurs.A knowledge of RUG levelsPlan of Corrections for complianceProvide regular formal education to the Nursing Home Administrator.Provide education as needed when events occur to Directors and staff nurses.Supervise and direct the activities of the Regional Clinical CoordinatorPerforms other duties as assigned
