Job Description
The School of Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering seeks a full-time project coordinator to provide day to day operations management for the National Science Foundation Research Traineeship Program (NRT). This individual will be a key contributor in coordinating this NSF-funded graduate program at ASU. The successful applicant will work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to plan, direct, organize, and execute against project requirements.
Specific tasks include recruiting students, setting up meetings, working with individual students on their individual development plans, coordinating student activities with collaborating agencies, organizing events, traveling to the NSF annual meeting, coordinating with the external project evaluator, maintaining the NRT website including web development, graphic design work for promotional materials, organizing workshops, working with academic units to ensure research / teaching assistantships are set up.
Salary Range
$42,000 – $62,000 per year; DOE. ASU offers a comprehensive benefits package with the State of Arizona.
