Looking for a self-motivated individual with mechanical aptitude. A dreamer, who can visualize changes to existing products and help create new products to fit our product line ie. sprayers, turf equipment, and refuse collection line up. A "Gear Head" if you will. The qualified individual will be able to take product ideas and sculpt them into prototypes using standard fabrication shop tools (shear, ironworker, drill press, press brake, lathe, mill, plasma cutter, etc). Every day is a new challenge. This is not your standard run of the mill production shop job. You will be asked to take part in every aspect of the production process, from figuring to fabricating - welding and occasionally painting the prototype.

Must be able to work by yourself and along with the engineering department, stay focused, fabricate, MIG weld, read a tape measure and blue prints. Show up for work on time every work day and follow directions!

Hours are Monday - Thursday 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm every weekend is 3 days, and some holidays you get 4 days off. Or work Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm or even part time if mutually works out.
