Job Description
Position Summary :
The incumbent shall be responsible for providing quality care to medical and surgical cardiovascular patients of cardiac rehab services by supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase I III program that involves the patient and family. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary manner.
Education, License & Cert :
The incumbent shall, at a minimum, be a graduate of an accredited fouryear bachelors degree program in Exercise Physiology / Physical Education or related field. Current BLS certification is required.
Experience :
Education / experience in developing safe exercise prescription and education for the cardiac patients is preferred.
