Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill Full Time  New Goods Processor positions at our Averill  warehouse location at 501 S.

Averill Ave, Flint, MI. $13.00 an hour Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 :

  • 30 pm!! __________________________________________________________________________________________ Essential duties and responsibilities : Achieve production standard : A.) Pricer : Accurately establish prices for new and / or seasonal product at the pace of 85 pieces per hour minimum and as directed.
  • Affix price tags and stickers to product per SOP.

B.) Sorter :

  • Accurately sort new product at the pace of one skid per hour Maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned area.
  • Ensure outgoing product is recorded properly.
  • Adhere to mandatory use of agency issued work gloves while sorting product.
  • Demonstrates understanding and adherence to Goodwill’s mission, values and code of ethics, while promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace.
  • Assist in the functions of the Warehouse as directed _________________________________________________________________________________________ Think you've got what it takes?  Do you work well on a team?

  • Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
  • Do you have the ability to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques?
  • Can you move a 275 pound cart / rack utilizing mechanical support?
