A company is looking for a Solution Owner (Sales and Marketing IT Applications).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary IT liaison for Sales organizations and lead discovery sessions to understand business needs
Partner with Technical Architects to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with IT standards
Retain ownership through full initiative delivery, ensuring solution integrity and successful project outcomes
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years in IT business analysis, product ownership, or solution management supporting Sales or CRM initiatives
Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured technology solutions
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and ancillary sales tech
Collaborative approach to solutioning with experience working with cross-functional project teams
Salesforce Admin certification
