What You Will Be Doing
As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will :
Compensation and Benefits
Victra sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days. Paid time off accrues : no less than 40 hours per year in the first year, and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave is provided where applicable by state law.

Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This may include overnight travel. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
