The General Manager of Southern Air of Ruston / Monroe will oversee all aspects of a location's day-to-day operations, financial activities, and people- both customers and employees. In addition to Southern Air of Ruston you will also be the General manager of Monroe which is just down the road. The individual will drive growth, performance metrics, create culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same. In addition to P&L ownership, the General Manager is responsible for capturing a major MSA through organic growth and potentially leading additional M&A activity.
