• Deliver high
• quality nursing care to home health patients
• Conduct start of care visits and manage a caseload using a point system
• Utilize the Home Care Home Base EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Qualifications :
• Active OR RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of home health experience
• Familiarity with Home Care Home Base is strongly preferred Additional Information :
