• Required Skills : Hospital clinical , ABO / Rh / Antibody Screen & ID, AHG Crossmatch, Blood banking procedures, Direct Coombs (DAT), Donor Collection Procedures, Indirect Coombs Test, Automated Instrument Use, Manual Differential, Rapid test kits general use; knowledge of controls, Accessioning, Pipetting, Reporting test results, Microscopic UA, Venipuncture, Blood specimen storage, Hazardous materials and MSDS, Proper disposal, Proper labeling, Quality assurance and controls, Transmission based precautions
