Co-Staff Corp is Hiring : Laborers & Furnace Operators – All Shifts | Walworth County

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr

What You’ll Do :

Load & Unload Metal Parts – Rack, tray, or basket parts for heat treatment

Operate Equipment – Use hoists, forklifts, or conveyors to move heavy materials

Inspect for Quality – Check treated parts for defects and accuracy

Assist with Furnace Operations – Work around quench tanks, furnaces, and controls

Sort, Pack & Label – Prep finished parts for shipping

Maintain Clean Workspaces – Contribute to smooth, safe operations

Follow Safety Procedures – Work around heat and machinery responsibly

Your Work Environment :

Industrial setting with heat, noise, and fast-paced tasks

Frequent standing, lifting (up to 50+ lbs), bending, and repetitive motions
