Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities :
- In-depth understanding of Property and Casualty commercial accounts.
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries regarding policies and coverage.
- Skilled in marketing and quoting new business and renewals, ensuring competitive coverage / cost ratios for clients.
- Familiarity with various carrier underwriters and online rating tools.
- Manage and organize information for account renewals.
